For entertainment and connectivity, residents enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access and Sky Broadcasting Channels.
Practical amenities include a dedicated free parking space, a laundry area, and a fully equipped bathroom. The one-bedroom configuration offers a private space ideal for intimate evening gatherings. The apartment’s design seamlessly combines functionality with luxury, making it suitable for both short-term stays and longer residency.

  • Guest Limit - Each apartment is approved for up to 4 guests. Extra charges of $40 FJD per guest will apply should the approved number of guests are exceeded. Please ask in advance if you're uncertain about additional visitors or overnight guests. Disruptive gatherings are never allowed.
  • Check-In: Respect the check-in time 2:00 pm and do not arrive earlier than the specified window unless pre-approved by us.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the property or within 10 feet of the building. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and other smoking devices. You’ll be charged a cleaning fee if smoking occurs indoors
  • Pets are not allowed on the property. Service animals are exempt from this rule but should be discussed with the host beforehand to ensure proper accommodations.
  • Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially music, shouting, or slamming doors, as excessive noise can disturb neighbours and fellow guests.
  • Commercial Photography or Filming: Any commercial filming or photography intended for profit is not allowed without prior written consent from the host. Unauthorized activities may result in additional fees or eviction.
