Disturbance Policy

At Sleek Stay Studios, we prioritize respect for both our guests and the local community. We ask all guests to act responsibly and avoid any behaviour that could disrupt the peaceful environment. This includes refraining from loud gatherings, parties, or any other activities that may disturb neighbours. Our goal is to maintain a calm and pleasant atmosphere during every stay.

Parties and Events

Disruptive gatherings, no matter the size, are strictly prohibited.
What we do not allow:
Disruptive gatherings, including parties and events
Open-invite gatherings
Disturbances to the surrounding community, such as:
Excessive noise
Excessive visitors
Trash or littering
Smoking-related nuisances
Parking issues (e.g., blocking driveways, improper parking)
Trespassing on neighbouring properties
Vandalism or property damage
Advertising the property as party- or event-friendly

Unauthorized Party Intervention

We are committed to maintaining a safe and peaceful space. To minimize unauthorized parties, we monitor reservations carefully. We may cancel or block high-risk bookings if we suspect that a guest intends to host a disruptive gathering. If you are unsure about your booking’s suitability for your plans, please reach out to us beforehand.

House Rules

Respect for the Property
Cleanliness: We expect guests to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay. Please avoid leaving the property in need of deep cleaning (e.g., moldy dishes, stained carpets). The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning between guests.
Litter: Please dispose of trash properly in designated receptacles. Excessive trash left behind will result in additional charges.
Damage: If you cause any damage beyond normal wear and tear, please notify us immediately. We ask that you cooperate with us to resolve the issue. You will be responsible for reimbursing us for damages, lost items, or any extra cleaning costs incurred due to your actions.

Handling Property Damage

If you break or damage something, notify us right away. The sooner we are informed, the more time we’ll have to address the situation before the next guest arrives.
In the case of damage, we will provide an opportunity for you to pay for repairs or replacements. Should you fail to pay, or if you appeal the charges unsuccessfully, we may pursue further action, including legal steps.

Each apartment is approved for up to 4 guests. Extra charges of $40 FJD per guest will apply should the approved number of guests are exceeded. Please ask in advance if you’re uncertain about additional visitors or overnight guests. Disruptive gatherings are never allowed.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Respect the check-in time 2:00pm and do not arrive earlier than the specified window unless pre-approved by us.
Check-Out: Please check out on time 11:00am and ensure all personal belongings are removed. If you need to store items past check-out, please contact us for prior approval.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property or within 10 feet of the building. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and other smoking devices. You’ll be charged a cleaning fee if smoking occurs indoors.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the property. Service animals are exempt from this rule but should be discussed with the host beforehand to ensure proper accommodations.

Noise and Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially music, shouting, or slamming doors, as excessive noise can disturb neighbours and fellow guests.
Commercial Photography or Filming
Any commercial filming or photography intended for profit is not allowed without prior written consent from the host. Unauthorized activities may result in additional fees or eviction
